Here’s a juicy Video about the the Sony Ericsson X10′s new Applications Timescape and Mediascape, Part of the UX System they have developed for Android. Timescape is a new Way to stay in Touch with your Contacts, giving you Possibility to have all your Friend’s Activities in one Place, no Matter if that is Calls, SMS, Mails, Twitter, Facebook and more. Mediascape is something similar but for all your Media, both stored on your Device and online! More Goodies from the Vienna Presentation and some Thoughts about the X10 straight from Hell, later on!

hli_heroslI’m really happy to announce, that i will expect some very interesting – and i’m sure extremely helpfull in daily Life Usage for my beloved HTC Hero! Asian 3rd Party Battery Supplier Mugen Power Batteries has agreed in sending me both Versions of their very succesfully selling Replacement Batteries, to put it through their Paces and perform some Tests on it. Now i know what some of you might think immediately: Yes, we had 3rd Party Batteries before and most of them plain and simple, sucked! I had some before and i can tell from experience that more mAh’s does not neccessarily mean more Power!

Sony Ericsson X10 Coverage

Well, tomorrow is the big Day, i’m going to attend the Sony Ericsson X10 Event, which is taking Place tomorrow starting from 10 am +1 GMT! Me and 24 other Bloggers/Journalists from Austria will be amongst the first People to see a X10 here in Austria in the Flesh and i’m super excited! I’m going to tweet about the whole Event with this Hashtag: #x10Vienna

sony-ericsson-xperia-x10-frontEvening everyone! I’ve been invited today to a Sony Ericsson Event, which will take Place next Week in Vienna! What’s in Store there? X10, Baby!! It’s been only presented last Week, now it makes it’s first ever public Appearance in Austria already and i’m proud and honoured that i’m invited to this Event as well! (with the Help of Roman, Friend of Site and Owner of www.s60inside.at.tf) I’m am REALLY looking forward to this Event, as i’m already having my Eyes on this superhot new Phone, Sony Ericssons first ever Android Device with polished new UX UI aka Rachael! This should be great Fun and i’m happy to give you Updates and News from this 1 Day Event via Twitter! :)

The Event will take Place on Tuesday, Nov. 17th, 10 am GMT+1 and i’ll try to cover as soon as possible, hopefully get enough Hands-On Time for some Pictures and maybe even Videos! You can guess i’m excited! hehe..

Why the Droid could steal my Heart

I’ve been reading those Previews extremely close. Really close. Both, Engadget and Boy Genius Report had their Hands on it and they were impressed. I spend a Lot of Time reading on both of their Sites and would say that they are reliable, although i never had Contact or met them in Person. I’m relatively new to Android, been using my HTC Hero now for approx. 5 Months and absolutely loving a) the Device and b) HTC Sense. I had the Opportunity to trial a G1 before from T-Mobile Austria, which led me to finally abandon Nokia and join the Terminators.. i mean Androids. Seeing the Hero in Action impressed me that much that i went for it, and not only changed Provider but also Mobile Phone Brand and OS in that Course. But there is one Thing i’m really missing on the Hero: The Slide Out Keyboard! I felt that still to date, the Slide-Out QWERTY on the G1 is one of the Best i have ever used, making typing such a Breathe for me .. and then came the Droid..
